Policies

-We do ask that you give us 48 hours notice for cancellations.

-We ask that you please do not bring extra people or children unless they are having a service performed. This is so that you can relax and enjoy your appointment.

-We require a $25 reservation fee to book an appointment. This fee is non-refundable .

-If you no-show your appointment you will not be able to rebook for future appointments.

-If you are going to be late to your appointment please try and call 206-775-3575 at least 15 minutes before hand. Yes we understand that life happens but we appreciate your understanding.

-If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be cancelled.

-If you text or call outside of business hours I will reach out the next day(unless you are cancelling or rescheduling your appointment) you will receive a confirmation of received message.
